Step 1 download and install Adobe Air - www.adobe.com
Step 2 download and install the Adobe Air application (*.air)
Adobe Desktop Viewer
Step 3 download the E-3 Magazine Issue (*.folio)
The August and September 2011 Issues are currently

Step 4 start the Adobe Air application "Desktop Viewer". Double-click a .folio or a .issue file, or drag & drop a .folio or a .issue file onto the Desktop Viewer.
In the Desktop Viewer
Click to simulate tapping. Drag to simulate swiping.
Press R to rotate between portrait and landscape orientations.
Press the + and - keys to simulate pinching.
Certain trackpads and scroll wheels allow pinching gestures.
To use a scroll wheel, hold down the mouse button and then move the scroll wheel to zoom in or out.
